Terms of Service

Last updated July 13, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Malv at https://malv.ai. By using Malv, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Malv provides an assistant experience with account-based sign-in, chat, workspace, automation, and optional connected capabilities. Features may change over time, and some features may depend on third-party services or separate authorization flows.

Workspaces, plans, and credits

A workspace is the plan and credit boundary. Its members share one balance, while usage records retain the initiating account for administration and support. Free includes 100 credits per weekly period, Plus includes 400, and Pro includes 2,000. Members can see summary usage; initiating-member attribution is limited to workspace owners and admins.

Credits are an internal service allowance, not money, stored value, a gift card, or a promise of a particular third-party price. A new 7-day (168-hour) period starts only when the first credit-consuming operation is successfully reserved. Unused credits do not roll over, cannot be transferred between workspaces, and have no cash value. Free commands do not start a period. Malv does not charge automatic monetary overages; consuming commands are blocked when the available balance cannot cover their declared maximum.

Malv reserves a command’s stated maximum before sending it to a capability. The capability reports actual completed use, and Malv releases the unused part. A documented partial failure may consume only the unavoidable work already completed. Transport or protocol failures release unused reservations. Usage may take a short time to reflect a command or verified subscription event.

Plus is 199 SEK/month and Pro is 599 SEK/month, including VAT. They are fixed monthly workspace subscriptions processed by Stripe. The exact price, applicable tax, renewal date, and plan are shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. A verified Malv identity is required to subscribe. Workspace owners and admins can manage payment details, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation through Stripe’s Customer Portal.

An upgrade takes effect only after Stripe confirms successful payment and may include Stripe’s prorated charge for the remaining monthly period. It keeps the active weekly period and committed usage rather than granting a second allowance. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. At that time the active weekly period closes, and the next consuming operation starts a new period at the lower tier. If renewal payment is past due, paid access may continue for a 14-day recovery period; it ends if the subscription becomes unpaid or canceled.

A Checkout success page is not proof of payment and does not itself change a tier. Stripe webhooks and reconciliation are the authority for subscription status.

Cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds

You can schedule cancellation in the Customer Portal; access continues through the already-paid period unless mandatory law or a specific remedy requires otherwise. Contact [email protected] promptly about an incorrect charge, service defect, or refund request.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights. Consumers buying online may have a statutory withdrawal right, commonly 14 days for services in the EU/EEA, subject to applicable rules and any valid request to begin performance during that period. Refunds, price reductions, or termination are provided where required by applicable law or expressly agreed; Malv does not replace those rights with a blanket no-refund rule. See the European Commission’s consumer withdrawal overview and Sweden’s Konsumentverket subscription guidance.

Accounts and sign-in

You may need to sign in with Google, GitHub, or another supported provider to use Malv. You are responsible for keeping your provider account and Malv session secure and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and may not use Malv on behalf of another person or organization unless you have authority to do so.

Acceptable use

You may not use Malv to break the law, violate rights, harm others, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, scrape or abuse infrastructure, distribute malware, send spam, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Malv, connected services, generated outputs, and automations complies with applicable law and third-party terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of messages, files, prompts, configuration, and other content you submit to Malv. You grant Malv permission to host, process, transmit, display, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit content to Malv and to authorize Malv to process it.

Connected services

Malv may let you connect third-party services, OAuth providers, or capability workers. Those services are provided by third parties and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

When you authorize a connected service, Malv may send requests and data to that service as needed to perform actions you request. You can revoke access through the connected provider when supported.

AI-generated output

Malv may generate output using automated systems. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, security, or other high-impact uses.

Service availability

Malv is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including to maintain security, comply with law, prevent abuse, or improve the product.

Intellectual property

Malv and its software, designs, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by Malv or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any Malv intellectual property rights to you.

Termination

You may stop using Malv at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued access would be unlawful or commercially impractical.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, Malv is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, Malv will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, except where mandatory local law gives you non-waivable rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of Malv after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
